What Are Common Findings at Home Inspection?
After a thorough inspection, our clients receive a General Home Inspection Report of findings. Inspections generally take two and a half (2.5) hours, and perhaps longer, depending on the property.
The written Report from Dynamic Inspections will focus on issues that can be repaired explaining what issues need replacement, professional evaluation and why.
Our certified, trained, insured inspectors will inspect the entire property during general home inspection, included these:
- Structure of the Building (foundation, support structures, framing, etc)
- Exterior of the Building (wall cladding, grounds, sidewalks, patios, driveway)
- Roof System
- Plumbing System
- Electrical System
- Heating System
- Air Conditioning HVAC System
- Interior (walls, ceilings, attic, basement, appliances)
- Insulation & Ventilation
- Fireplace & Chimney(s)
- Electric (including testing outlets)
Note that these findings apply to single & multi- family homes, townhouses, condos and commercial building inspections, as well.
